Thomas Giardini, MSEd, MHC-LP

I am an integrative psychotherapist who assists individuals in recognizing pathways to personal growth and healing. I completed my graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University with an interest in continued exploration of the unique ways we sustain life amidst tides of depression, anxiety, grief, and other challenging emotional circumstances. My collaborative and creative approach is informed by psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and clinical training at a university counseling setting.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I received my BA in Contemporary Music from The New School. These experiences combined inform my interest in supporting the work of artists, activists, and cultural workers. I value the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics emerging in daily life and believe that therapy serves as a powerful forum for transformation through curiosity and encounter.
